Upload passport size photograph 6. Pay the advance fee and Submit the Application. 7. You receive an email confirmation with all details. 8. Print that email and get the signature of Syro Malabar Priest of your Mass Centre in Ireland. 9. Email copy of this form along with copy of your passport to mpc@syromalabarcatholic.ie 10. Bring original copy of this form, passport copy (biometrics page) and one passport size photo on the first day of course.
